November saw the letting of two second hand buildings in Northampton ( 110,000 sq ft ) and Burton ( 98,000 sq ft ) obo Threadneedle and Custodian. Both units were let within weeks of coming onto the market to 3PL’s
October finally saw the completion of the letting of the Tamworth CLX unit to Greencore Services obo M&G . This was a 160,000 sq ft speculative unit which was let within 6 months of Practical Completion and achieved the target rent.
The summer brought the start of construction on site at Fradley 432 a new 431,700 sq ft Industrial/Logistics unit obo AEW . Steels are going up and the unit is on target for Practical Completion in early Q2 2020.

The end of the summer saw MWRE secure a hat trick of deals in Coventry. Acting on behalf of Revelan Group they let 84,880 sq ft of refurbished space to Eco Tech and which was quickly followed by the letting of 38,624 sq ft of space at Chase Point on behalf of L&G. June brought good news for MWRE with the outstanding reserved matters for the planning on the former Coventry Airport Passenger Terminal site being granted. The site will now be developed out as a new £50 million industrial and logistics park known as Imperial Park , Coventry.
MWRE were delighted to announce a hat-trick of new instructions in the month of May. Firstly NFU instructed MWRE to market a 93,707 sq ft high quality logistics unit in Milton Keynes and which has now been re-branded as The Cube. Clipstone IM then instructed MWRE to advise them on the re-letting of he former 145,000 sq ft Brantano unit on Interlink Park , Bardon and finally Clearbell Capital instructed MWRE to market 51,111 sq ft of industrial/warehouse space close to the Bescot Stadium in Walsall.
